Santa Monica Beach Clean-Up

Well, the beach clean-up in Santa Monica was a great success. With the help of some friends we were able to gather what seemed to be about 60+lbs of garbage off the beach. Although it's definitely not a competition, a single empty bottle being picked up and thrown away can feel fulfilling, we have to give a big shout out to the extra effort from Tatiana of Verdego Design Group because she filled a couple bags on her own. From small pieces of styrofoam and plastic to boxes and masks, we did a pretty good job. |
| And for our fellow community beach goers, please keep an eye out for broken glass in the more crowded areas. It was sadly surprising to come across as much as we did, so please be safe out there. |  |
